This is a technique where Ureteric stones are removed by introducing a scope through the urethra and the stone is disintegrated by Ultrasound or Laser energy. A stent (a special silicone tube) is placed in certain situations. The patient is discharged the next day. The stent can be removed after three to four weeks.
