Since our hospital has begun functioning, we have always laid emphasis on complete sterilization and infection control. Following the use of any equipment or space, it is adequately sanitized adequately sanitized as per the protocols laid down by the medical association and the Indian government. Only the medically approved grade of disinfectants are used so that no germs or viruses are left behind on the surface that you and our doctors are likely to come in contact with.
Since the pandemic, we have made it mandatory for our outpatients to book an appointment prior to their visit to the hospital. This allows us to manage the arrival timing of our patients in such a way that adequate social distancing measures may be followed. Between each patient’s visit and departure, we also ensure that there is enough time for sanitization and sterilization protocols.
All our patients and staff are actively screened before they enter into the hospital premises. Right at the time of booking the appointment, our staff will ask you some friendly questions to help in the screening process. Thermal screening of temperature is also done along with oxygen saturation level using an oximeter.
On the patients’ entry to the hospital premises, the patients and their belongings are sanitized properly. Gloves, masks, and disposable gowns are also provided so that both the patient and the others in the surroundings remain safe.
The doctors, paramedics, and other staff in the hospital have been trained on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Disposable face shields are also used where there are chances of close contact.
In all the hallways, passages, and cabins, the air is continuously purified with the help of powerful air purifiers. TheHEPA-14 filters kill all the dangerous disease causing viruses and germs that can circulate in the air. In its place, pure and fresh air is supplied so that the common spaces remain airy and fresh.
Apart from this, deep cleaning and sterilization are also carried out from time to time to ensure all round safety.
